Tomorrow Boxnation will be live from Cardiff with a few fights on the bill

  • Terry Flanagan v Orlando Cruz (WBO Lightweight Championship)
  • Liam Williams v Gabor Gorbics (WBO European Super-Welterweight Title)
  • Tommy Langford v Sam Sheedy (British Middleweight Title)

Boxnation’s Cardiff bill is a bizzare one. Its been put together from various pull outs and poor matchmaking for weeks with all sorts of fighters supposed to have been on it, but the schedule is set and that is the card on the night. Flanagan defends his title against boxing’s only openly gay boxer Orlando Cruz, Liam Williams takes on Gabor Gorbics after his fight with Ahmet Patterson was cancelled due to Patterson being assaulted in the street with a brick. And lastly Tommy Langord takes on Sam Sheedy with both their undefeated records on the line for the British Middleweight Title, which was originally supposed to be against Chris Eubank Jr.

  • Vasyl Lomachenko v Nicholas Walters
  • Egidijus Kavaliauskas v Juan Ruiz
  • Konstantin Ponomarev v Silverio Ortiz
  • Trevor McCumby v Donovan George

Top Rank host an exciting bill across the pond headlined by Ukrainian Super Featherweight WBO Champion Vasyl Lomachenko taking on undefeated Jamaican knockout artist Nicholas Walters. This should be an exciting clash of styles with Walters being an aggressive come forward fighter, and Lomachenko having one of the most gifted boxing abilities in the sport of present.

Overall tomorrow gives us an exciting couple of fights and a great fight internationally.
